Nike, Inc. (stylized as NIKE) is an American multinational corporation that designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells athletic footwear, apparel, accessories, equipment, and services. Nike is the world’s largest supplier of athletic shoes and apparel, and a major manufacturer of sports equipment. In 2022, Nike had revenue of over US$46 billion. 

Nike was founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports. In 1971, the company changed its name to Nike after the Greek goddess of victory. Nike is famous for its “Swoosh” logo and “Just Do It” slogan.
